Your spouse Ms.Shailaja has been shown the grave situation in my loft and washroom. She has advised us verbally to contact society to attend to the matter.

I raised this matter with you first on 13Feb22. Today is 11Mar22. The water dripping into my washroom continues to increase. It is an emergency for me. I cannot wait further to coordinate society actions.

You are an Office Bearer. You can coordinate with MC and attend to it suo-moto in your official capacity.

Anyways each of my communication till date have always been cc to all three office bearers via email@sandeeppark.com

I am marking this to members for the information of all members now.

Alternatively, I request you to leave keys with us while your apartment is locked; Shailaja said she is leaving Mumbai tomorrow. This will allow us to get a plumber to investigate the matter and try to resolve it irrespective of whether it is outside or inside. Please advise if this possible (to give us the keys so that a plumber under my supervision is able to do diagnostic steps quickly, with minimum changes and try to stop the water dripping into our washroom).
