Dear Muniraja & Office Bearers,

The leakages have damaged much of our recent (Nov-Dec'21) repainting of my entire apartment.

First the loft ceiling plaster was damaged. Then washroom area painting got damaged which we noticed. Then we informed you immediately on 13Feb22. You neglected it for one whole month. You waited for my reminder of 11Mar22 to look into it. You have now started taking some actions. Kindly continue helping with corrective actions with high urgency.

Current status in last 24 hours is that paint of bedroom and living-room are now being damaged. Damages are continuing to increase.

Today Chairman has verbally informed me that Society is aware of the situation, and he has advised the Secretary to do the needful.
