Please note that I have received complaint from Mr. V. K. Bharadwaj resident of flat no. B-502 regarding urgent repairs required to be done due to water leakage from your flat B-602. Mr. V. K. Bharadwaj urgently needs access to your flat and terrace for the same.

I request you to be present here immediately and inform Mr. Bharadwaj and cooperate with him in this matter to prevent major disaster from occurring and putting members lives at risk.

Hon. Secretary Ms. Shobha Sadashiv Joshi has informed at the very last minute today without advance notice of her absence and apparently, she will not be present here for addressing society issues. As a result, your presence here is doubly urgent to carry on the banking transactions of society.

I hope you understand the seriousness of the situation and attend immediately to prevent grave consequences for which you will be solely liable.
