Dear Chairman,

The subject line "Urgent repairs of flat no B-502" is not accurate.

The subject line should read : "Urgent, damages to flat B-502"

The repairs are necessary above my flat, and not in my flat.

Due to negligence of concerned persons in not acting promptly, one month ago, now repairs will be needed now to the plaster and painting in my home too, but after the fresh water seepage is stopped.
