Sure you know Vanished ones don’t inform anybody as I have informed the Chairman.
As you can have urgent emergency in your flat, same way like any other working person / my own work can face urgent emergency to be personally present and it is definitely not your concern.
So stick only to your problems and issues! and don’t make false allegations !
As per Mr. Muniraja’s request to the Chairman to attend to your problem ( the outside pipe leakage) probably the problem is fixed by now.
If Chairman has not helped you, go ahead and get it repaired yourself by spending the amount of Rs. 10.000 you have quoted in your email.
It will be reimbursed by the Society upon my return.
At the same time you can be kind to other flats below yours (502 ) to get the entire outside pipe repaired as all flats down below your flat too have leakage in the bathroom and surrounding area due to the damaged outside pipe.
