Dear Mr.Muniraja,

There seems to be some leakage from your washroom-toilet area that has seriously damaged paint and plaster in our home.

We noticed only after the leakage crossed from your floor and wall area into our loft area and then affected the paint inside our washroom area.

Today we cleared our loft and realised that it is coming from your floor, and probably from your washroom plumbing and commode area.

Please refer attached picture of our loft.

Also visual review from outside the building shows the walls outside your washroom to be wet with leakage.

Kindly review and help stop the leakage at the earliest, and oblige.
