Dear Chairman, This is extremely strange and disturbing.
The New Secretary has vanished and is intimating after vanishing, without any mention if or when she will return.
The New Treasurer is parked in Bangalore since many days, and NOT available in the building to the best of my knowledge.
I heard today some balance sheet is being shared for approval.
How can the society function like this, with office bearers absent without prior intimations and clear handovers?
Who is going to attend to the serious leakage in my house arising from the NEGLIGIENCE in routine maintenance of building plumbing by the earlier Secretary? Kindly do the needful immediately.
OR
Give me :
- written authorisation
- advance CASH funds from the society (say Rs.10,000/-),
- keys to terrace,
- keys to flat #B602
so that I can get it attended urgently.
The advance CASH funds will be duly accounted with valid labour and material bills, post facto.
