Subject: Redevelopment Status
Dear fellow members,
In accordance with most of the members' unwillingness for building repairs and considering the pandemic conditions, our members, Mr. M. S. Pillai, Mr. Gopal Poojari, Mr. Nilesh and myself contacted Mr. Jayesh Bhai (USV).
After some hard bargains for past few days he has agreed to accept 2,000 sq. f. as compensation towards development cost of 14,500 sq. ft. of our Rehab addition from DP 2034. He had initially claimed 7,000 sq. ft. for the same.He is now revising the two tower design drawings to suit the revised area entitlement and is working out Stamp Duty calculations.
He has also agreed to pay stamp duty immediately as per his commitment and proceed with DA registration.
A revised entitlement chart is being sent to you shortly.We shall get the DA draft vetted by our lawyer, Mr. Menon with required changes before adjudication and registration within June 2021; with 25% hardship payment to members.
Members are requested to co-operate.
