Extra FSI on 50:50 basis was decided by the MC on 25Dec'2016 minutes are here. That MC decision is ratified herein by the GB, two months later, at which time the GB was in effect given two choices by the MC... EITHER approve this and let project proceed further OR reject it and put the project on hold. Members co-operated with MC to let the project proceed further, somewhat without much choice. Also in effect our residential society here created and permitted its first commercial member.
