This blog is intended as a convenient preliminary reference of our residential society matters for fellow members and their immediate family, who are resident/owners of units at our cooperative housing society in north-east Mumbai, India.

All others are requested to please keep away from this blog, except if and when you happen to be specifically invited to do so.

Our residential society has been working towards "redevelopment" as an alternative to major repairs of the existing structures that are over 30 years old now (as on 2017), and as suggested by a statutory structural audit report.

This blog is intended to serve us as a convenient, stable, unambigous, date-stamped, preliminary reference place for all documents, minutes, circulars and related information pertaining to our society and its re-development that are circulated to members or come to my attention as a fellow member.

This blog could contribute towards arriving at more meaningful and more well informed community decisions.

I am in the process of gradually uploading all information available with me, chronologically starting wef 01Mar16, focussing on factual data while avoiding individual opinions and preferences.
